the family room was a little tricky to find at first. i also had a hard time opening the door because it was hard to open.

the breakfast had a rich variety of options. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. richard was especially attentive, always checking if i needed help. the hotel's location made everything easily accessible.

the room's soundproofing was bad. i could hear noises from adjacent rooms and above, affecting my sleep. the bed and pillows also were not comfortable. this made resting difficult.

the room contained recessed lighting and a large bed. i was able to see the mountains from my room on the sixth floor. the hotel is a short walk from the lake, a very ideal location.

my room was noisy. it was located next to the cleaner's utility area. i heard the cleaner talking loudly on her mobile, distracting.
